Yes thats right you heard it here... Coconut Hut is indeed closing. It is sad in many ways but the reasons behind this decision are very positive. The lady who founded Coconut Hut and who currently manages the company wishes to devote more time to her young family. She says of the business,
"It is a very full time ocupation running a company, and this is not something that can be achieved well unless you devote all of your energy, spirit, passion and commitment to it. It is not something that works if you manage it on a part time basis. Some sacrifices have to be made somewhere and I cannot let that be to the detriment of my child. I am therefore closing the company to be a mother for a while. Children are only small once and life is frankly too short to miss these magical times".
Coconut Hut will be closing in the near future, date to be confirmed on the website. In the longer term, Coconut Hut may very well re-open again at some stage but it is far too early to speculate at this stage. In the mean time however..... We have a MASSIVE SALE ON!!
